Length, resolution, editing and sound can change the cost. Transcription uses a separately configured speech-recognition service.

You can purchase a top-up or upgrade your plan at any time. Generation is paused until you have credits available.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Billing page.
Can I buy top-ups?
Yes. Top-ups are one-time credit purchases that don't change your subscription. They're available for all paid workspaces.
Do credits roll over?
Free Taster credits are granted once per account. Paid plans add credits after each successful monthly payment. Unused credits remain in your workspace.
What happens if generation fails?
Credits are reserved when work starts and charged after successful outputs. Failed delivery releases the reserved credits. A retry is quoted separately before another generation starts.
